I’m Jon, a digital media consultant who previously served as a content and product leader for Rhapsody. Before that, I was a journalist who specialized in transforming print publications into digital. When life went at 9600 baud, I helped bring a paper online, saw what Microsoft could do to the world’s leading portal, and participated in spending $20 million in venture money at a media company.
This blog is dedicated to covering digital media, with an emphasis on digital music. My beat really comes down to deep dives into product and consumer value, but also will discuss things far beyond my former purview.
